Walk-Ins Welcome


APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment. This will allow time to fill out our new client information sheets. After your initial visit, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment and sign in at the front desk. Our Salon Coordinator will let your Stylist know that you have arrived.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If you do not give us a 24 hour notice or you miss your appointment, you will be charged a fee of $25.00 for the first occurrence. On the second occurrence, you will be charged half of your scheduled appointment. You will have to pay for all fees In advance by cash or credit card before rescheduling any future appointments. If you have a 3rd occurrence, you will be charged 100% of your visit and you will only be allowed to be a walk- in customer. When you aren't able to make your appointment, we could fill that spot with a client from our cancellation list.

LATE ARRIVALS

Out of respect for our stylist and other clients, if you are 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule your appointment for another day. Please understand that If ample notice is not given, the cancellation policy will apply.

CHILDREN

As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our effort to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere, we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon. Children 12 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult not receiving a service at all times in the waiting area. We love children and families- however, we use chemicals, hot tools, scissors and other items and we don't want anyone to be injured while visiting Southern Roots Salon- especially a child. Additionally, we are committed to providing a relaxing and stress- free atmosphere for all of our guests; but our staff does NOT provide child care. If your child is misbehaving, you will be ask to reschedule your appointment.

BRIDAL PARTY OR SPECIAL EVENTS

Bridal Parties, proms and other special events do require a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit and a credit card on file to reserve your date for your special occasion. A 30 day notice is required to cancel your appointment or you will be charged the remainder of your appointment immediately.

Monday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Tuesday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Wednesday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Thursday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Friday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

PLEASE WAIT IN THE SEATING AREA FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT AND WHILE YOUR HAIR PROCESSES. NO-ONE IS ALLOWED IN THE BACK UNLESS THEY ARE RECEIVING A SERVICE OR STAYING WITH THEIR CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 12 FOR THEIR SERVICE.

Our Salon Software Program does send out text and email appointment reminders. However, sometimes there are glitches and you might not receive them. Please do not rely on these solely to remember your appointment! IT IS ALWAYS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REMEMBER YOUR APPOINTMENT!!!!!
