New Clients

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out our new client information sheets. After your initial visit, please arrive 5 minutes before any future appointments.

Late Arrival/Cancellation Policy

We ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Failure to comply, you will be invoiced half of your service amount and required to pay before your next appointment. This fee can be applied as credit to your next appointment. If you have more than two occurrences, your will be required to pay a nonrefundable deposit.

Children

As a courtesy of other salon guests and in our effort to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere, we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult not receiving a service at all times in the waiting area. We love children and families, however, we use hot tools, scissors, chemicals, and other items. We don’t want anyone to be injured especially a child.
